Tsuna

So I was stewing (yes stewing) in my grandparents' basement on the first day of Thanksgiving break, thought I'd practice sketching some eyes from Katekyo Hitman Reborn in preparation of some fanart. I pulled up the pictures from one of the character poll spreads, of course Tsuna was #1 (yey!) so i started practicing the eyes. it turned out so well I decided I'd just sketch him, and after i had finished the "lineart" I was like "hmm this could be a decent scraps." Then his moe eyes just looked at me, and so i decided to give him the graphite treatment, and voila, he got "penciled" in.

I drew this in HB and 2B lead, i was so retarded and when I was working on his shirt and pants I gave them about FOUR layers and was frustrated at the lack of hard color...then I figured out I was shading in 2B. *goes and hits head on wall* luckily i didn't mess up on the hair, which I think is fantabulous and super fun to draw, although super tedious to shade.....

This drawing looks really bad quality because, guess what! I decided to go full out on CRAPPY PRINTER PAPER. Whoopee.

I am not messing up like that for my Thanksgiving special, hee hee has to do with pizzas and tomatoes.....
